A Tough Loss for the Rebels in Lion's Head
The Township of Chatsworth "Air-Tech Mechanical" Bantam Boys LL#1 played Bruce Peninsula at the Lion's Head Arena on Sunday, October 29th, 2017.
Charlie Scott scored the first goal of the game, assisted by Adam Gorman and Colby McComb with four minutes left in the first period. Bruce Peninsula scored two goals in the second period to make it a 2 -1 game. Bruce Peninsula scored two more unanswered goals early in the third period. Aaron Sadler scored late in the period assisted by Landon Heathers. Bruce Peninsula scored two more goals before the final buzzer to make the final score 6 - 2. Despite the score the boys played a good game and goalie DJ Gamble made some really nice saves to keep the game exciting until the very end. The Rebels look forward to playing Kincardine next week end.
