Final Provincial Playdown vs Georgian Shores
The TCDMHA Chatsworth Legion Branch 464 PeeWee Girls C Rebels rocked the barn on Tuesday for their final Provincial Playdown Game  -

and though this amazingly played game saw the girls take the win 9-0 earning them a tie in second spot for Provincials, their GF/GA record comes up 4 points shy of moving on.

Goalie Carly Juby earned the shutout as these girls gave it their all - knowing what was ahead of them to see them go forward to Provincials.   Every single player on the ice Tuesday night touched the puck at one point or another to help bring this win home for the girls.

Goals and assists were plentiful - and belonged to : Gabby McNabb4 goals,  2  assists), Tristin Brown (2 goals), Kirstyn Sutter (1 goal, 1 assist), Lindsay Elliott (1 goal),  Rachel Mallette (1 goal,1 assist),  Brontae Frook(assist),  Emma Watson (1 assist), Janna Wardell (1 assist), Morgan Moran (2 assists).

Although this team felt the hurt of losing out on Provincials instead of the excitement of the win of the game - the spectators who came out in support of this important game were impressed by the effort given on the ice.
These girls have their final year end tournament to look forward to at the end of March.
Good luck to all our Rebels teams who are still fighting their way through OWHA & OMHA playoffs!

Girls - I leave you with a quote which reflects much of what I have seen in your team this year :     “Coming together is a beginning.  Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” – Henry Ford
