Provincials...Game 2
Midget B Rebels met up with Orillia Hawks in their 2nd game of Provincials. The Rebels hit the board first with a nasty bounce in front of their net that worked out in our favour for Max Moore, assisted by Abby Doig!
Things got really weird for a bit after that with 3 goals all scored within 20 seconds! Courtney Torrie would put a sweet one in Orillia's net with the help of Morgan Potter and Bailey Longland. Ten seconds after that Orillia responded back and cut the lead to one goal. Ten seconds after that, the Rebels Karlee Sweiger would plant one with the help of Kaitlyn Patchell and Max Moore.
With back and forth action and both teams having their chances, the Rebels would land on the board again with a shot from Sidney Vaivods, assisted by Sweiger. Before the 2nd period ended, Orillia would bounce back by putting 2 more past Michelle McNabb to end the period 4-3.
Early in the 3rd, Taylor Vokes would put the final goal in the game past the Orillia keeper with the help of Moore and Cala Bryans. Great game Ladies!
