The TCDMHA Kuhl Machine Shop Midget LL Rebels traveled to Ayton on Wed to play
Normanby. This was game 3 in the WOAA midget Elite playoffs.
The Rebels came out strong but had the puck bounce the wrong way for most of the first period. It was not until the last minute of play in the first that the Rebels got on the scoreboard.
The second period saw the Rebels explode for 5 unanswered goals to be ahead 6-0 after 2 periods of play. 3 more unanswered goals by the Rebels in the third had the team up 9-0 before Normanby scored 2. The Rebels finished off the scoring in the last minute of the game to go away with the 10-2 victory and run their Elite playoff record to 3-0 with 3 games to play. 9 different players scored for the Rebels to spread around the goals.
The Rebels are next in action when they travel to Tiverton. Game time is 4:45.
