REBELS take a 2 Game Lead in Quarter Final
The TCDMHA Air Tech Mechanical Bantam Rep Rebels had a double header this weekend with Almaguin for their OMHA quarter final series.

The Rebels played their first game on Saturday afternoon on home ice.  The game was tight until late in the first when Ty Sutter got the Rebels on the score board assisted by Jake Roney, Connor Mccauley was quick to add a second Assisted by Joel Delleman.  The Rebels held the lead until Almaguin tied it up in the second with Dryden Sollman scoring both goals the Rebels then took the lead again in the second with Evan Kuhl scoring un-assisted and Sutter scoring again assisted by Jordan Baumber.  In the third Roney added another goal assisted by Delleman.  The Rebels won game 1 with a score of 5-3 in the end. 
 
The Rebels knew that Sundays game in Chatsworth was not going to be easy the game was fast and both teams were playing hard  The Rebels lone goal was scored late in the second by Cam Stryker assisted by Delleman.  The Rebels played hard and Aaron Johnson keep the net clean to earn the shut out for the Rebels and the second win with a score of  1-0.

This puts the Rebels a head 2 games in the 5 game series.  The Rebels now make the long trip north to Sundridge for games 3,4,5.  Good Luck boys, you can do it!!!!!
