The Barry's Construction Atom LL Rebel's were perfect in their first round of
playoffs, taking a 6-4 win over Shallow Lake #1 on Wednesday night in Desboro
Carson Torrie opened up the scoring early in the first period, assisted by Clayton Johnson. Johnson followed with his own goal, assisted by Torrie. Shallow Lake's Connor Farrow got the Lakers in the game and Anna Norman tied the game up at 2-2. Shallow Lake added 2 more goals in the second period, by Cole McMann and Farrow.
Not to be outdone, the Rebel's Jake Hartman scored twice with assists going to Darren Graham and Clatyon Kreuger. Torrie pulled the Rebel's ahead with his second goal of the game assisted by Jack Scott and Grant Stephen added an insurance marker late in the third period assisted by Johnson.
The boys are awaiting their next round of playoff action!
