Hunter Schultz (assisted by Aaron McConnell) opened the scoring as the Great Lakes Frame Company Township of Chatsworth Atom Rep Rebels took on the Mount Forest Rams in must win WOAA playoff action.
Unfortunately, the Rams capitalized on a power play opportunity to tie the game in the 3rd and send it into overtime. There were opportunities at both ends, but the Rams succeeded in their playoff bid with a goal at the mid point of the sudden death overtime period to clinch the series 3 games to 1.
With 3 of the 4 games going into overtime, it was a very close, hard fought series. Both teams received congratulations and medals presented from a WOAA representative after the game.
