REBELS WIN AT HOME
The Township of Chatsworth Desboro Tire Novice Local League Rebels beat the
Bruce Peninsula Local League Novice #2 team 3-1 on Saturday in Desboro
The Rebels opened the scoring in the first period with Wesley Houston's goal assisted by Brittany Rodger. Owen Mackison would make it 2-0 for the Rebels before the end of the period with a goal assisted by Landon Heathers.
In the second period Dylan Ledingham would score the Rebels third goal with the assist going to Mackison. Pearce Lacey played great in net for the Rebels giving up just one goal late in the third period. Bruce Peninsula's goal was scored by Frankie Handley with the assist going to Finn Vereecke.
