Throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, registration into sport across the Canada has fallen to record lows. To ensure TCDMHA comes out of the pandemic strong, we have created a COVID 19 Recovery Plan for the 2021/2022 season to encourage new players to enjoy the game of hockey.

COVID Registration Recovery Plan for 2021/2022

U8 and Below Hockey

·         Registration for the 2021/2022 season for U8 and below is decreased to $100/player.

New Player Discount

·         Per TCDMHA Policy 3.6, A discount of $100 shall be provided for any new player U9 or above who has never been rostered on an OMHA, OWHA or any other minor hockey organization under Hockey Canada's jurisdiction.

Referral Rebate Program

·         Refer a new player to TCDMHA and receive a $200 rebate off your 2021/2022 registration.

Referral Program Conditions 

·         Referred players must be U9 (2013) and older only.

 OMHA Boys/Mixed Conditions

·         All referred players must reside within TCDMHA defined boundaries OR live within a Right of Choice.

AND

·         All referred players must be new to hockey OR have not played on an OHF sanctioned team for last 2 seasons. 

Right of Choice players already rostered in another center are not eligible for referral. TCDMHA will not solicit players from other centers.

        OWHA Girls Hockey Conditions

·         Referred players must be new to hockey OR have not played on an OWHA sanctioned team for past 2 seasons

·         Referred players cannot be currently rostered to any OWHA girls team in Grey County or Bruce County. TCDMHA will not solicit players from neighboring OWHA centers.

General Conditions

  • Recruited players must play beyond the refund grace period in the 2021/2022 season.
  • Rebates will be provided after December 1st 2021 if the referred player is still playing with TCDMHA.
  • Registration rebates are $200/player, up to a maximum of 100% registration paid for the 2021/2022 season.
  • To qualify for the rebate, you must have players registered for the 2021/2022 season with TCDMHA
