2019-2020 Hockey - Early Registration, Calendar (TCDMHA)

Early Registration will be held in Keady on Wednesday April 3rd 6:00 - 7:00

Permission to Skate and NRP forms will be issued at the time.

As per section 3.5(a) of the TCDMHA Manual of operations, the Township of Chatsworth and Minor Hockey Association does not provide releases.

Please complete you preliminary registration on-line and we'll have receipts and forms ready.

1st time registration (Minor Novice and above):   If you have not been previously rostered to an OMHA or OWHA roster within any association, you are eligible to receive $100.00 discount on registration
