Desboro Tire Novice LL#2 lost to Saugeen Shores #2 on Saturday 5-0 in the final series of the WOAA 2 to 1.
With the score only 1-0 nearing the end of the 2nd period the Rebels seemed to have ran out of gas. Giving up 1 more goal at the end of the 2nd period and 3 more in the third. The Rebels had their chances to even it up but couldn't capitalize.
Rebels LL#2 played great in the playoffs winning 4 out of 6 games. Even beating Saugeen Shores #2 a team they hadn't beaten all year. A BIG THANKS goes out to the coaching staff of Tim Gilchrist, Colleen Harrison and Ken Kivell. Also too the trainer Kim Scott.
