FUNDRAISING

Each family is required to participate in TCDMHA Cash Calendar Ticket Fundraiser. Each player received $150.00 worth of tickets to sell (maximum $300.00 per family) Post dated cheque of October 31, 2012 is required for Tickets.

Permission to Skate

Permission to Skate forms will be available at early registration for OMHA/OWHA. NRP (Non Resident Passports) will be available for any PeeWee Age player and above wishing to tryout in Owen Sound for "A" minor hockey - Permission to Skate for Junior teams will also be available.

All Players on Rep teams are charged an additional $25.00 fee above registration to cover the additional costs related to rep teams - team registration and OMHA playdowns fees. This fee will be due after team selection and before first practice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Please bring 4 cheques to registration.
Registration can be made in full or with 3 equal post dated cheques for
June 1, 2012, August 1, 2012, Octoboer 1, 2012

Cash Calendar - MUST be a separate cheque due to lottery license requirements, can be post dated for October 31st, 2012
