Rebels Pull Goalie for Exciting Last Minutes!
The Chatsworth Xtreme Heating Peewee C Girls fell 2-1 to Kincardine in a close match up on Sunday in Tiverton. It was the Rebels vs. the Kinucks in Tiverton all afternoon as the Novice girls played followed by the Novice House league team and then the Peewee girls.

Kincardine scored in the first to make it 1-0 despite Jaclyn Beirnes' strong effort in net. The Rebels got countless shots on the Kincardine girls but were unable to get any past their tender.

In the second period neither team was able to score. Kincardine finally got another one by Jaclyn early in the third. With only four minutes left Natalie Mole picked up a pass from Lyndsay Cumming and put it in the top corner to make it 2-1.

The coaches pulled the goalie and it was an intense last couple minutes of six on five play. They just couldn't get that puck in the net!

Way to go Rebels! Good luck on Tuesday against Upper Maitland.
