Hornets down Rebels by one
The TCDMHA Edward McNabb Roofing Midget LL Squad headed to Howick Monday night to take on the Hornets. Although they worked hard, they ended up losing by one...

The Rebels took an early lead in the first period, when Josh Cunningham fed the Puck to Kyle Fry who snuck it past the Hornets netminder. 30 seconds later Matt Woodroffe popped one in with help from James Early and David Harrison. The Home team would find the back of the Rebels net to lessen our lead to one ending the period,

The Hornets came out strong in the Second period adding 3 of their own to take the lead but Josh Blackwell found the back of the net unassisted to bring the Rebels within 1 of the Hornets.
After the flood and into the third period Howick added yet another goal to bring them ahead by 2 goals but we weren't finished as Dawson McNabb Shot one in past the Hornets goalie, but unfortunately the Rebels couldn't put anymore past the goalie.Final Score: 5-4

Next up for the Rebels:
They head to Saugeen Shores Saturday to take on the Storm................. Good Luck Boys!!
